Reservation Unit

Manage your room rates and availability with ease
With Reservation Unit, the central reservation system which forms the core of all related modules, you can improve yield management and reduce costs. The system enables efficient management of rates and rooms including the use of linked rate plans and room types, implementation of ‘rate families’ for better yield management and provides sales strategy support with its top-down display sorting facility for event-dependent rate types.

Channel Unit

Take your rooms to the online global market place from one central control panel
Channel Unit, your online, real time booking interface, distributes the rates and availability in Reservation Unit to all external booking platforms, and simultaneously receives incoming bookings from these sources. With all data stemming from a single source, Channel Unit ensures rate parity at all times. Enjoy the benefits of seamless next-generation connectivity to all four global distribution systems and connections to many ADS and IDS via the Pegasus Switch. Furthermore, open XML interfaces provide for link-ups to the major European internet distribution platforms such as hotel.de, expedia and booking.com. (HRS certificate pending). Channel Unit automatically turns your Reservations Unit into a fully-fledged real-time, online booking engine.

Connection Unit

Ensure up-to-the-minute connectivity at property level
With Connection Unit, all incoming reservations received by the Reservation Unit can be forwarded immediately to a number of Property Management Systems simultaneously. This multi-PMS interface module provides interfaces to protel, Opera and Fidelio versions 6 and 7. Don’t limit your horizons - Connection Unit makes your Reservation Unit PMS independent.

Call Center Unit

Keep all booking information clear and optimize cross-selling in your chain
The Call Center Unit is an add-on module to the Reservation Unit, which can be activated separately. This module displays all information which is on the hotels’ web site and enables the automatic transfer of bookings made with the Call Center Unit into the related PMS. The core element of the Call Center Unit is a dedicated availability overview screen, which allows easy identification of all rate and package offers per room type and per available hotel – thus optimizing opportunities for cross selling. A direct look-up link to the central client database is available to Call Center employees if a hotel is using the (separate) CRM application.
