Add the ‘personal touch’ to your communication and contacts with your clients. Get to know all about their preferences via the Client-Database & Customer Relationship Management or ‘C-DB & CRM Unit’.
This web-based application manages record sets in the Client Data Warehouse, where all information from every available source is stored. For example, data from your property management system is periodically deposited (via PMS interface). Furthermore, all transactions carried out via the various interfaces are captured, too. This includes data from the sales tools, from the Web Booking Unit, from external booking platforms transferred via Channel Unit and Reservation Unit, from Call Center Unit, as well as from Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
By means of the integrated report builder, the information stored in the client database is presented in a comprehensive and relevant display. In addition, client data can be entered, exported and edited manually.
Sales Management Unit

This module facilitates an optimum management of your sales force (also at multi-property level) and enables you to control and channel contact and communication. Use the eMail Creator to create and send professional newsletters and e-mailings based on your corporate CI. The unit also analyzes delivery data and updates email addresses automatically and cleans the lists from unsubscribed emails.
eCompetition Unit
Everyone likes to be a winner! Now you can create competitions (games/lotteries) on your website, too! With the eCompetition Unit you will be able to gather data about the competition participants. Furthermore, the winner is announced on the website and is also notified in writing. All participants receive notification that they have unfortunately not won the competition and thanking them for their participation. The eCompetition module is offered either as a managed service delivered on a hotel client’s behalf, or as a tool with which clients may create their own competitions.
eCustomer Satisfaction Unit
A satisfied client is a client who will return. So, find out what you did well and where you can improve, by using the online customer satisfaction questionnaire. This tool can be utilized directly by the client or is offered as a value-added service on the client’s behalf. The customer satisfaction questionnaire can be sent to the guest either automatically (i.e. triggered by the PMS), for example two days after check out, or manually. The evaluations can be viewed via the Customer Satisfaction Survey tool.

The main purpose of the Trend Spotting Unit web application is to measure efficiency and to optimize eMarketing campaigns. All information about website visitors which originated via an emailing is statistically collated and evaluated. Mailing lists can be purged and updated on an ongoing basis. The information saved in the centralized client database is regularly updated with the information that has been compiled from the mailing lists.
